Painting the roses red

for the last few months ive been in contact with an old friend of mine from jr high that i lost touch with in 10th grade when he moved.. we became facebook friends years ago and id always wish him a happy birthday, even when i never heard back.. this same friend would constantly do a “spring cleaning” of his facebook friends but would never erase me even though he never spoke to me on facebook.. it wasnt until a few months back that i posted a facebook status that he messaged me asking if i was okay.. weve been talking almost every day since.. the past few weeks my friend has asked if i messaged his ex that hes still friends with.. every time i deny it and its the god awful truth. i have nothing against this girl, never met her, never spoke to her, never will.. unless she approaches me i have nothing to say to her.. but now.. now my friend is accusing me that i sent her a message. saying im lying to him. i told him he could even go through my facebook because ive never messaged her.. i cant believe hes taking her side when he says it all the time shes crazy.. ive never lied to my friend.. i have never had a reason to.. just so frustrated with this right now that i had to vent.. im really unsure about some friends lately.. i dont know whats going on. i never do anything to anyone and im getting accused like this.
